Need a hand, found a bug, or have a suggestion? Email contact@fluttech.com — we read every message and usually reply within a couple of days. It helps to include your device, OS version, app version, and whether you use HeelHub as a trainer or a dog owner.

How do I join as a dog owner?

HeelHub is invite-only: your trainer creates an invite code for you and your dog. Open the app, choose “Join with a code” and enter it. No email or payment is needed — and we recommend securing your account with Google or Apple afterwards (from your Profile) so you can recover it if you change phones.

How does booking a session work?

Your trainer publishes their weekly hours. In the Calendar, pick a day, choose a free slot and send the request — the slot is held for you and confirmed when your trainer approves it. You’ll get a notification either way.

How do I set my availability as a trainer?

Open the Calendar and tap the availability button in the top bar. Set your weekly hours and any days off; clients can only request slots inside them.

How do practice reminders work?

Trainers can give a reminder a repeat — daily, twice a day, weekly or monthly — with exact times. The owner’s phone shows a notification right on schedule. If reminders don’t appear, check that notifications are allowed for HeelHub in your device settings.

What is lesson theory, and who writes it?

After a session, your trainer can publish an owner-friendly write-up of what was trained and why. The app can draft it with AI from the trainer’s notes, but the trainer always reviews and approves it before you see it. It’s training guidance, not veterinary advice.

My photo or video won’t upload

Large videos need a stable connection: try Wi-Fi and keep the app open until the upload finishes. If it still fails, tell us what you tried at contact@fluttech.com.

What do credits cost as a trainer?

Your first month is free. After that, accepting a session costs 1 credit (refunded automatically if the session is cancelled), and welcoming a new client’s dog earns a bonus credit after its first session. Credits come in one-time packs bought through the App Store or Google Play — no subscription, and they never expire. Dog owners never pay anything.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email contact@fluttech.com with the subject “Delete my HeelHub account” — we complete the deletion within 30 days. Full details are on the account-deletion page.
