Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the HeelHub mobile app and heelhub.app, operated by MJK APPS SRL ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Romania (trade registry no. J24/866/22.03.2019, unique registration code CUI RO40832934), trading as Fluttech (fluttech.com). By creating an account or using HeelHub you agree to them.

1. What HeelHub is

HeelHub is a companion app that connects a dog trainer with their own clients: session booking, trainer-approved training theory, questions with photos and video, reminders and progress tracking. It is a private space — there is no marketplace and no public directory. Real training happens between you and your trainer; HeelHub supports it.

2. Accounts

• Trainers sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for the invites they create.
• Owners join with a one-time invite code from their trainer. Owner accounts start device-bound (anonymous); we recommend securing your account with Google or Apple so you can recover it on a new phone. An unsecured account that loses its device may be unrecoverable.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping access to your sign-in method and device.
• If the law in your country requires a minimum age (e.g. 16 or 18) to use services like HeelHub without parental consent, you must meet that age or have a parent or guardian accept these terms for you.

3. Free for owners

HeelHub is free for dog owners — no payments, no trial, no feature limits. Owners are never asked for payment details inside the app.

4. Trainer credits

• Free month. A trainer's first month is free, starting at their first meaningful action (first client dog invited). During it, nothing costs credits.
• Starter credits. When the free month ends, we grant 10 free credits, once.
• Pay as you go. After the free month: welcoming a new client's dog costs 3 credits (non-refundable); accepting a session costs 1 credit, refunded automatically if that session is later cancelled.
• Packs. Credits are bought as one-time packs through Apple's App Store or Google Play, under their payment terms. Displayed prices are examples; the store checkout shows the binding price. There is no subscription.
• Nature of credits. Credits never expire, but they are not money: they are non-transferable, can't be exchanged for cash, and are tied to your trainer account. Store refunds, where granted, follow Apple's/Google's policies.

5. Your content

Notes, theory, messages, photos and videos remain yours (or your trainer's, for their materials). You give us the technical licence needed to store and deliver them to the people they're meant for — your trainer or your clients. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringing or abusive; we may remove such content and suspend accounts that share it.

6. AI-drafted theory

HeelHub can draft owner-friendly theory from a trainer's notes using AI. Drafts are always reviewed and approved by the trainer before owners see them. Theory is general training guidance — it is not veterinary or behavioural-medical advice. For health concerns, consult a veterinarian.

7. App stores

You download HeelHub from Apple's App Store or Google Play. These terms are between you and us — not between you and Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to support the app and are not responsible for claims relating to it; they are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with respect to your use of the app through their store and may enforce them against you.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse HeelHub: no unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, spamming, or interfering with the service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Disclaimers & liability

HeelHub is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not a party to the relationship between trainer and owner (including session quality, pricing or outcomes). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using HeelHub and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Unused credits lapse when a trainer account is deleted, except where a store refund applies.

11. Changes & law

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the competent courts of Romania have non-exclusive jurisdiction; if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings there.
