Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your HeelHub account and the data we hold about you. HeelHub is published by MJK APPS SRL (trading as Fluttech). If anything is unclear, email contact@fluttech.com and we will help.

In short

Email us your deletion request — we complete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Your account, profile, dogs, sessions, messages, photos and videos, reminders and progress data are erased.
Limited billing records may be retained where the law requires it, then deleted or anonymised.
Crash diagnostics are not linked to your account and age out automatically.

How to request deletion

Write to contact@fluttech.com with the subject “Delete my HeelHub account”.
If you signed in with Google or Apple (all trainers, and owners who secured their account): send the email from the address associated with your HeelHub account, so we can verify it is you.
If you are an owner with a device-bound (anonymous) account: include your display name, your dog’s name and your trainer’s name so we can locate the account — or simply ask your trainer to request it for you.
We action the request within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

When we delete your account we permanently erase:

your sign-in record (the account itself);
your display name, bio and profile photo;
your dogs’ profiles, photos, notes and assessment scores;
your session bookings, reminders and progress history;
the questions and messages you exchanged, together with the photos and videos attached to them;
your push-notification token;
for trainers: your availability, invites, published theory and credit ledger (subject to the billing-record retention below).

What may be kept, and for how long

Billing records connected to credit-pack purchases may be retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted or anonymised. They never include your payment-card details — Apple and Google process the payment itself.
Crash diagnostics are not linked to your account email and are retained by Google for up to 90 days as part of the Crashlytics service, after which they are removed automatically.
Backups at our service providers may take up to 30 days to age out, after which no copy of your data remains.

Good to know

Deleting a trainer account ends the workspace your clients see: their conversations with you and the theory you published are removed with it. Unused credits lapse, except where a store refund applies (see the Terms).
Deleting an owner account removes your dogs, conversations and progress from your trainer’s view as well.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — locally stored data is removed from the device, but your cloud data remains until you request deletion.
